What is the cost of camp for the 2024?There are four payment options this summer: The camp fee is $325/session The camp fee + Pre Camp is $350/session The camp fee + Post Camp is $350/session The camp fee + Pre/Post Camp is $365/session

Do you offer before and after care? And if so, what are the times and what is the cost?"Yes we do! Our pre-camp program goes from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and our post-camp program goes from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each program is $25 for the five days. If you require BOTH programs, it is $40 for the five days. If you require this service and did not pay at the time of registration, please talk to your Guardian Angel who can make arrangements to make it happen.

What is your refund policy?There are four stages to our refund policy: We offer a full refund up to February 28th (minus a $10 PayPal fee) We offer a 75% refund from March 1 to April 30 We offer a 50% refund from May 1st to June 30th No refunds will be offered after July 1st

What are the camp ratios?We have a 10:1 camper to staff ratio at all times throughout the day.

What training does your staff receive?All staff are required to attend multiple training sessions prior to the start of camp that highlight the following topics: Covid safety, first aid, camp expecations, site safety, curriculum development & execution. All staff over the age of 18 are required to submit a Vulnerable Sector Police Check. In addition, all Guardian Angels are obliged to have up-to-date Emergency First Aid certification through Red Cross or St. John's Ambulance.

Is this a nut-free program?Yes, Girls Rock! Camp is 100% nut-free; please ensure that all lunches and snacks that you provide your camper are nut-free.

What should my camper bring each day to camp?Here is the list of what your child needs to bring and/or wear everyday: 1. Sunscreen (applied before and brought with her) 2. Sunhat 3. Closed-toed shoes (we do tons of running!) 4. Water bottle 5. Lunch 6. Two snacks 7. A pillow or stuffy for Relaxation time 8. A favourite book if she wants to read during C.L.O.B.S (colouring, Lego, books, or sports) * please ensure all items are labelled with your camper's name

Summer days can be very hot - what do you do to ensure camper safety?All locations have water & sunscreen breaks regularly scheduled throughout the day. Guardian Angels are trained to closely monitor the weather, and to increase the frequency of water & sunscreen breaks based on the weather and their campers. During very hot days, some of our regular programming may be substituted for additional water games and passive activities.
